Pale straw yellow with grey reflections. Delicate aroma of pear and white flowers, later some light honey. Opens up discreetly and elegantly on the palate with a beautiful acidity curve, juicy. Round, balanced finish with a slight saltiness. Soloist and partner for vegetable starters!
