Dark ruby in colour. Very dense and memorable nose, full of blackberries and ripe plums, some chestnut honey in the background. Juicy and rich on the palate, initially shows beautiful ripe berry fruit, full-bodied, great play; then shows a lot of dense, rich tannin, very long finish.
