The Red Wine Brunello di Montalcino Sugarille DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Pieve di S. Restituta has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Toscana in Italy.
Brilliant, rich ruby with garnet. Opens with intense earthy notes, black truffle and tobacco, then lots of blackberry. Round and rich in attack and course, lots of grippy tannin, packed in sweet texture, builds up for a long time, juicy and with firm drive on the finish.
