Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser

Dark carmine garnet, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Subtle leafy nuances, a hint of sun-drenched undergrowth, red berries, fresh cherry, dark minerality, notes of graphite, black fruit in the background. Complex, juicy, ripe heart cherry, delicate hints of cranberry, fine tannin structure, sweet and balanced, finesse-rich acidity, salty and long-lasting, subtle chalky nuances, subtle red fruit nuances on the finish, very good length, a multi-faceted food companion with very good certain ageing potential. (Drink - until 2040) Peter Moser, July 2021.
