Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Medium amber, slightly cloudy. Aromas of kumquat, apricot and lemon peel, plus hay flowers, sorrel and pecan. Lively, youthful attack on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and gripping, tightly woven tannins. Balanced, with notes of candied orange, yeast plait, rose petals, aniseed and subtle tobacco. Oriental in style and very well matured.
