Tasting Notes
Copper-golden color, finely cloudy. Aroma of pepper, nectarine, aronia berries, plus dried pomegranate seeds, kumquat and apricot compote. Spicy notes of turmeric and clove. Dry, with fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity that lends lift. Lively on the palate, with woolly, carpet-like tannins. Very balanced, with hints of salted lemon on the finish.
