Subtly cloudy, amber with copper-colored reflections. Complex bouquet of rose bell pepper, jalapeño, aniseed and mountain pepper, plus nutmeg, strawberry, cherry and vermouth. Delicate, silky and filigree on the palate, with aromas of citrus zest and interwoven acidity. With 12.5% alcohol, it is perfectly balanced, elegant and yet full of character.
