Medium golden yellow, amber reflections. Fine tobacco and wood notes, some quince and lemon balm, ripe tropical fruit notes, subtle hints of blood orange. Tightly meshed, salty, with a taut acidity, white pears, a fine and savoury finish, with a nutty aftertaste, enveloping, a lovely food companion.
