The red wine Guardiavigna Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Podere Forte has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red colour with a subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose clear and inviting, with nuances of cassis and ripe plum, as well as dark savouriness, fine earthy notes. The palate is full-bodied, with tightly woven salty tannins, shows elegant flow and fine drive, lingers long, still wants to age a bit.
