This has a radiant light straw yellow colour. There are slightly green spicy aromas on the nose, with green bell pepper, lime, and a hint of gooseberry. There is a crisp acidity and lovely interplay on the palate, with a beautiful fruit texture, and some saltiness, and it has an emphatic finish.
