Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, very rich ruby red. Very delicately savoury on the nose, with hints of blood and pepper, then ripe elderberries. Juicy on the palate with delicate tannins, still very young, savoury tones, slightly animalistic, medium length, slightly brittle on the finish.
