Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Rich, shimmering ruby. Ripe cherries on the nose, some vegetal notes of bell peppers and tea leaves, sealing wax in the background. Straightforward on the palate with plenty of freshness, youthful tannins, somewhat austere in structure, dries out a little in the middle, savoury on the finish.
