The red wine Barbaresco Basarin DOCG, vintage 2010 from the winery Punset has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, intense ruby-garnet color. Intense on the nose, opening with notes of cardamom, raspberry and plum. Sparkles on the palate, shows lots of grippy, firm tannin, builds up, salty, long and with firm pressure but still very young, built for a long life.
