Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with a fine garnet rim. Intense nose, opens with notes of cinnamon, preserved cherries and plums, cloves in the background. Quite rough and brittle on the palate, gripping, dense tannins, pronounced earthy notes, firm pressure on the finish.
