Brilliant pale gold in colour with a gentle mousse. A delicate, elegant nose, notes of white stone fruit, white flowers, then ripe pear and honey. A compact fruit sweetness on the palate, enveloping the palate magnificently, straightforward, juicy, with a subtle mineral undertone.
