Tasting Notes
Pale, bright straw yellow with silver shimmer. Initially quite restrained on the nose, then opens up to rich green apples, fresh Williams pears, quince, also some acacia honey on the finish. Opens on stewed pears, medium weight, smooth on the palate, quite simple, but shows good drinking flow, again ripe pome fruit notes on the finish.
