Tasting from 13.02.2020: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright ruby red with glinting core. On the nose spicy and fine, shows light balsamic notes, ripe, pickled cherry. Juicy palate, salty, shows good tension, lively, on the finish unfortunately too much dryness.
