Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a flint reflection. Open-hearted and clear on the nose, with light peppery savouriness, rich cherries and rich peaches, a delicate blackberry sweetness and a hint of vanilla sugar on the finish. On the palate with grippy, pithy tannins that linger on the tongue, juicy and fruity, but does not really get going overall and remains slightly brittle.
