Fine black heart cherries, hints of liquorice, a subtle herbal savouriness and dark slate minerality on the nose, seasoned by black pepper. Medium complexity to the palate, where the alcohol feels vivid and thus brings a somewhat loosely knit and rustic feel. Ripe plums to the fore, before dried fruit in the finish.
