Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby with garnet shimmer. Multi-layered nose, showing notes of saffron and cinchona bark, then lots of ripe cherry and behind it, fine truffle. Initially the palate displays clear, intense fruit, then opens with dense, grippy tannin and is very juicy with a firm drive on the finish.
