The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Rocca delle Macìe - Famiglia Zingarelli has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Cherry candy, caramel, but also dried beans and herbs. Fine, sandy tannins in a restrained amount, lots of juiciness, a little melt behind the tannin, mineral notes and, with the aromas still closed overall, clear signs of spiciness. Good prospects!
