Bright garnet red with a dark core. Exceptionally fragrant bouquet of ripe black cherry, blackberry, then dark chocolate, some caramel and mocha. Very engaging, with lots of interwoven tannins, supported by fine acidity, comes with polish and texture, yet full-bodied with a clear use of wood, minimal dryness on the finish.
