Bright straw yellow with a golden yellow shimmer. Fruity, fragrant on the nose with ripe citrus fruits, red grapefruit, backed by yeasty notes and hints of sage and lemon balm. Polished on the palate, with rich fruit, fresh acidity and salty minerality, mouthwatering and long.
