Tasting from 20.02.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Thanks to Bacchus for such a wine of the century: purple-black in the glass, vanilla, smoke, leather on the nose, freshly brewed espresso, blueberry and blackberry liqueur on the palate, plus pepper, herbs and fresh mint. Of course, alcohol is noticeable, but for such a powerful wine it is perfectly balanced with the soft acidity. We believe this wine has several decades of certain ageing potential and recommend buying this rare gem to store away for the very special moments in your life.
