Tasting Notes
When the winemakers were proud of their Barossa Shiraz, they were often wines with a fervor that did not conceal their fat, but exclaimed: "I am a fat comrade, a diet does not suit me." What this wine does not yet know, but we do: It is one of the youngest of its kind. It doesn't hide anything, it shows what it has. But it is far from fat.
