Tasting from 08.09.2016: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of brightening at the rim. An inviting nose full of sweet, dark berry jam and ripe plums, fine nougat, and candied orange zest, with dry spices and subtle toasted notes in the background. Powerful and substantial on the palate with fine extracted fruit sweetness balanced by vivid tannins. A touch of mocha emerges on the finish alongside lingering sweet fruit. A multi-faceted food companion with a secure future.
