Tasting Notes
The long-awaited successor to the legendary 2008. Light amber with orange reflections. Nuances reminiscent of traminer, hints of apricot and eucalyptus, some bacon, smoky savouriness, a complex multi-faceted bouquet. Light-footed on the palate, freshly structured, pleasant acidity structure, delicate yellow greengage, lemony salty finish, incredibly easy to drink, it has certainly further ageing potential, hard to believe that this wine is already five years old [tasted in 2015].
