Restrained bouquet. Extract and substance, but the acidity is in the foreground. As soon as it leaves some room, hints of kitchen herbs and caraway can be felt. Slightly tannic. It remains to be seen whether the wine gains complexity.

Mineral on the nose, apricot, fennel, chamomile. Fresh on the palate, fruit of lemons, apricots, peach, mineral savouriness, slender body, a nice accompaniment to light dishes.
