Tasting Notes
Pale lemon yellow in colour with copper reflections. On the nose, multi-layered aromas of freshly baked pastries, grapefruit, pear, almond, clover blossom, wet stone, and chamomile. Very finely aged with a delicate mousse, the palate has a creamy texture with the finest, grippy phenolics in the background. An aromatic and very elegant Sekt.
