On the nose, yeasty, savoury notes, brioche, hay and red berries, with nutty undertones. The palate structure reveals an exceptionally fine mousse that is fresh yet not aggressive, the acidity matches the medium body well, the finish is fresh and clean, completely dry yet with a beautiful complexity.
