The red wine Rosso di Montalcino DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Salvioni - La Cerbaiola has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red in colour. A fine raspberry fruited nose with hints of wild strawberries, very inviting and clear. Lots of polished and silky tannins on the palate, which opens with repeat of the red berry fruit and shows firm drive on the finish.
