Brilliant dark ruby. Great, classic nose with notes of ripe cherry, blackberry, some sealing wax and peach. Offers impressive play on the palate, lots of rich, ripe fruit, unfolds with fine, dense tannins, surrounded by fine texture, as if from a single mould and yet multi-layered.
