The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery San Fabiano Calcinaia has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Canaiolo nero from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby. Animal notes on the nose with a delicate hint of pepper, dark fruit. Juicy and clear on the palate, shows elegant fruit, delicately grippy tannins, has character.
