Brilliant rich ruby purple colour. Initially very fruity on the nose, lots of ripe blackberry, some raspberry and plum, a playful bouquet. Lots of juicy berry fruit on the palate, then comes up trumps, opening up with dense rich tannins, also showing lots of rich fruit, with a nice savouriness, and good length.
