The franciacorta Zero Franciacorta Rosé DOCG Zero Dosage, vintage 2015 from the winery Santus has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Franciacorta in Italy.
Brilliantly shimmering copper with pink reflections. Finely etched nose of candied orange peel and cassis, as well as violet and a touch of crusty bread. On the palate it shows verve and tautness, with lively acidity and texture. It has a rich aftertaste and finishes with notes of preserved lime.
