Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Intense, radiant ruby with a brownish touch. Clear, penetrating aroma of fresh yellow bell pepper, eucalyptus, ground pepper and a hint of turmeric. Brisk attack with juicy acidity, finely integrated tannins, keeps coming back, absolutely gripping on the palate, slightly bitter on the finish.
