The white wine Sileno Merlot Montescudaio DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Sator has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Fiano, Vermentino from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark garnet red with a rust-red rim. Very concentrated nose of stewed cherries, raisins, some rum pot, plus liquorice and brown leather. Spreads widely with velvety tannins, delicately juicy acidity, full-bodied texture with lots of power, very flattering, shows beautiful drinking flow.
