The red wine Operaundici DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Sator has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Teroldego from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, impenetrable ruby red. Spicy and dark berry on the nose, elegant tones of iron and blood. Very juicy and robust on the palate with concentrated fruit, somewhat drying in the mid-palate, slightly woody and rough on the finish.
