Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich straw yellow with green hues. On the nose, ripe fruit notes, papaya and mango, some notes of vanilla underneath. On the palate, juicy at the beginning, subtle notes of savoury herbs, a well-integrated acidity, with some fleur de sel on the finish.
