Sparkling, light golden yellow. Multi-layered nose, opens with notes of cinnamon, then ripe apple and some buttery pastry, also some raspberry. Needs time to open up, but then reveals itself to be very complex, a fine interplay between fruit and spicy notes, creamy and long on the finish.
