The white wine Sauvignon Collio DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Schiopetto has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Clear, pale straw yellow. On the nose, opens with slightly smoky notes and a touch of elderflower, but overall, not very intense. On the palate, it opens up, salty with good intensity, pronounced fruit with notes of Mirabelle, gooseberry and green mango and a long, lingering finish.
