The white wine Pinot Bianco Collio DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Schiopetto has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Brilliant, rich straw yellow. Very intense, rich nose of tree-ripened apple and walnuts, savoury in the background. Good tension on the palate, juicy and with fine mineral notes, persistent.
