The Blaue Sylvaner appears in the glass without any rosé tinge. Fragrant aromas of pear and cantaloupe melon. On the palate, an appealing aromatic piquancy, quite dry, hardly any savouriness, but a slight phenolic grip. Needs time, will evolve.
