Tasting Notes
Green apple, peach, lemon and wet stone on the nose. On the palate, you can tell that Schlossgut Bachtobel is not afraid to show the acidity of Riesling: emphatically acidic with medium fullness and sweetness, plus notes of dried fruit. It comes across as a (too) young, old-school Mosel Riesling.
