Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Yellow fruit on the nose, apricot and papaya, some flax and grass cuttings, also spices such as coriander and allspice. Juicy and creamy on the palate with well-integrated sweet fruit and lively acidity. Quite elegant and vivid, finishing with spicy notes and a little pepper.
