Tasting from 28.10.2020: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose this has floral notes, lemon balm, tangerine, apple blossom, and some yeast. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, with a creamy mousse, ripe acidity, plenty of drive, rich in substance, and mild without too much sweetness, as well as a little minerality. It is a harmonious and almost Burgundy-like Riesling sparkling wine.
