Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Brioche and yellow flowers on the nose, fine autolysis notes, apple, apricot and pear, nutty, toasted walnuts. Engaging on the palate, full-bodied, fine savouriness, medium mousse and precise, lively acidity, seems dry with low residual sweetness. Burgundy-like.
