Strong yeasty aromas of spontaneous fermentation, along with varietal aromas ranging from hay to white flowers. Tightly structured on the palate with a fine acidity creating a slender impression but still well endowed with extract - almost subtly full-bodied. This is a gastronomic, full-bodied Pinot Blanc with good development potential.
