Fine, long-lasting mousse. Notes of ripe pome fruit on the nose, underpinned by Mirabelle plums and fresh herbs. The palate brings a juicy acidity, with a well-integrated sweetness on the finish of this cuvée of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
