Unsere Reserve Rodenberg wird nur in absoluten Spitzenjahrgängen hergestellt, erstmalig im Jahr 2018. Die Trauben für den aussergewöhnlichen Wein stammen aus der Lage Rodenberg in Schlattingen. Rubinrote Farbe, angenehme Kirschnoten, elegant und intensiv zugleich. Ein kräftiger Körper, samtige Tannine, eine gewisse Würzigkeit sowie vielschichtige Aromen nach reifen Beeren prägen diesen Wein. Nach 36 Monaten in französischen Barriques und fast einem Jahr in der Flasche zeigt dieser Pinot Noir ein beeindruckendes Reifepotenzial.

Intense, sweetish fruit, intense cherry notes, plus raspberry and intense, elegant wood savouriness, vanilla and cloves. Elegant on the palate with a pleasant texture, again savoury and fruity nuances. Noticeable but very fine tannin. Finishes long and juicy with cherry notes. A certain astringency on the finish.
